Through subscription of Series A convertible preference shares acquired a 7.4% interest in Rensource Holdings, which develops micro utilities for SME market across Nigeria, and through acquisition of a 44% equity stake in Virtus Energy Solutions co-funded roll-out of micro utilities across 12 SME markets.
