Green building is growing in awareness among large corporates and in urban areas and there is a strong demand for cutting-edge commercial office parks that can effectively demonstrate energy efficient and energy neutral building technologies allowing businesses to claim the kudos as part of their corporate responsibility initiatives. Furthermore, the proliferation of eco-estates mostly around the coastlines of Mozambique and South Africa have led to an investment flurry as eco-estate developers make significant returns on their investments.
